Placementindia is a job portal agency, which is one of the service provider Weblink .In Pvt. Ltd., 33 & 33A, Rama Road, Industrial Area, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi – 110015 (India), Ph: +91-11-45822333, Fax: +91-11-41427820.
Placement India provides paid services for premium customers to get the preferred job references. I was approached by Ms. Heena Mathur, Sr.Business Development Exec., (contact details: E-mail: [email protected] or [email protected] or [email protected], Mob: +91-8130593847, IM: yahoo: placementheena52/ google: placementheena52/ skype: heena.mathur6) for assisting me in taking the desired job. On her explanation and information shared, I felt that it will help me getting the RIGHT job, if I buy their package.
Hence, I paid USD 135/- on 27-May-2016 for following services for 6 months, through website given by her.
1. Resume writing,
2. Resume Exposure,
3. verified stamp ,
4. Resume highlighter
I shared my all relevant documents so that they can prepare my Resume.
After this, I have been following up regularly with them to provide the services, but all in vain. Three (3) months are completed. But, unfortunately none of the agreed services are provided by PlacementIndia. Ms. Heena Mathur has stopped taking my phone calls and don’t respond to my emails/ messages. I was connected by another person Ms. Diksha Dhawan, Client Servicing Executive, (contact details: E-mail: [email protected], Mob: 91-7042298206, IM: Yahoo: weblink.preetisharma), who has never understood and provided me services.
Even, I am unable to update my CV on their website because it asks for mobile number verification. My number has changed from Oman number (+968-93787807) when I registered in May-16. Now, I am in India and my mobile number is changed to +91-9925133313. I made them multiple requests to change to new number in their records, but not done so far. Neither their website gives option to change the number.
I have no idea now what to do next. They have not provided any of above 4 services agreed. I must get the money back in this scenario. Please help.
