My Complaint Description:
Two months ago I transferred my number to vodafone postpaid, I had given Rs 300/- as a security deposit for same.After a month I was been informed that my Rs 300/- of security deposit was due. My last two months bill was also been paid by me. When I visited the Vodafone Store I was said that entry of security deposited has been done wrongly two times by Vodafone,however there seems no fault by my side then why should I pay deposit two times when there is entry of deposited done by me. I also complained at Vodafone IVR 199 customer care,however from this side there was also no positive response,they noted my complaint but my problem is not solved till date. My complaint numbers are

    today 11:00 am i will paid my payment of rs 1500.
    but till 10:00pm bill was not paid, i called 2 time in coustomer care he said more two day are waiting for your tranjection completed, my question is when i paid 1500 rs in 11:00 am so pament fill in 2 to 3 hour but till now not ,
