My Complaint Description:
I had purchased induction cook top, Model PIC 16.0 on 12/12/2016. within three months, the selected cooking programme is automatically changes, unable to use the product.
I had taken the same to their authorized service centre M/s Sree shaa Enterprises mettu street, villivakam, chennai – 49.
till today, i have not got it serviced, the reason is they are not having service Engineers, so it is getting delayed.
and i had registered complaint no response. CHEN 1756705 and another CHEN 1757522.
