My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself , Sameer Deshpande, I had purchased a Casio Watch on 25th Aug 2013 from outlet at Raguleela Mall, Vashi.
From that said date, I had send the watch thrice for repairing for the same reason , the service no areas follows,
Now my concern is that my warranty is expiring on 25th aug2015, The problem occurs again & again after specific intervals , & now if the same issue again arises then I will have to pay for the repairs , I was totally against taking the repaired watch the second time of repair, but the company executive Mr. Siddharth requested and assured that the problems will not arise again, Now if such issues occurs again and again that to with a brand of such repute , its does not augurs well for the Brand. I had expected that atleast they should extend warranty for the watch which I had purchased, so that I would not have to pay for the the inherient faulty piece which company had provide me but they even refused the same .Now the watch is with their service centre and they had said that the watch is working OK , but I want the company to replace me the faulty watch & compensate me for the inconvinience casued to me .
