My Complaint Description:
I am using two spidigo internet connection since long time so i have started MAC FREE FACILITY by providing all necessary documents and done with it.But one day 5-aug-2015approx. due to faulty network device they change cpe and my mac free facility stop working i told to engineer he told me i dont know about it so compalin it after i leave place.Then i have raised complained from 7-Aug-2015 twice a day by phone call as well as i email to spidigo but all time they register that my internet connection not working properly rather than Mac free facility not Working and always say that engineer will call you and solve problem quickly but Still today i dont get any phone call or any answer of email,No engineer visit nothing going on.. Just i am complaining and they listen it and forget it.
