Dear Sir/Madame,
My self Kavin Kella I'm writing this complain to indicate the inconvenience caused by puma.
I have ordered pair of shoes on 6th of Feb as I had to visit Dubai on 19th of same month.
Have been waiting for my shoes but I get an e-mail stating it will be late I was like fine but few days left to 19th & I contacted customer support
They said I can check status online I tried but I couldn't see a thing over there I contacted again & asked will I get my shoes before 19th that day they said yes.
On 17th of same month they said it will get deliver by 24th I asked I do not wish to keep it plz initiate the refund
Here's what they said sir I'll raise request however you will have your shipment kindly return it & u will have your amout in 7-10 working days.
Still I was on shoes as u luv puma Ferrari collection I asked them will I be able to get in by 19th they were like will try our best.
Now I left to Dubai
In between I have asked them to change the number customer executive said he has changed it.
I'm in Dubai a courier person in mrng calls up on integer number that means that number I asked for wasn't changed
& shouts on my sister that how could you not provide your detail on shipment as puma didn't provide any
That person ask for detail never arrive to my home & send that Back as I saw online it was never out for delivery.
I called up as I'm back I email every one just keep on changing dated even for refund.

    My name is rakesh and i bought a shoe from one of your store in Rohini (Delhi).
    Unfortunately i don’t have a bill copy with me and i had some issue with the pair and i went to the store where i was misbehaved by the store keeper.After that I forwarded my complain to [email protected] and there a gentleman Mr.Akshaya replied me back for the same issue.In the early mails he was quite ok and I found the guy quite professional but as soon the question came of replacing the shoe he also started the same language which we here in India generally speaks at the time of replacement or after sales service.
    Now finally i am forwarding you the complain keeping in mind that the problem will be shought out in a PROFESSIONAL WAY.
