COMPLAIN REGARDING YOUR SERVICE STATION AT AHMEDABAD.
PHONE PURCHASED BY ME :- SONY EXPERIA PURCHASED ON 10/08/2013 SERVICE STATION :- ASHRAM ROAD, AHMEDABAD. JOB SHEET NO:- W114062602262 UNRESOLVED MY SAID COMPLAINT. MY SERVICE ID NO.15092306437 I have purchased above phone, which was damaged from back side. The phone was running properly and operative conditions. I have hand over the same phone at your service station at ashram road Ahmedabad in working condition on 26/06/2014 JOB No.w114062602262, TICKET ID 14062602262 for estimation. After two days they call me and advise the estimated expenses. Due to high expenses and I also not comfortable with phone , I decided to get back the phone. But it is a matter of surprise that at the time of checking the instrument it was found that the phone screen was partly working. At the time of depositing the same it was working condition and major fault was at back side. The person siting inside also conform that the phone was in working conditions and why you are spending extra burden. Due to fault of person handling the instrument make some mistake and instrument were damaged. I have told them to return my phone in working condition as at the time of giving your service station. But they neither reply me properly of not take any care till today. Moreover they advise me to pay higher amount to exchange the phone which is not viable looking to the model of the said mobile. Sir your Brand name is popular and that’s why customer like us inspire to purchase your products, but due to such bad experience I decided not to purchase any products of SONY Brand. I request your self to look in to the matter and instruct the company to give back my phone as it is AT THE EARLIEST .
As against my repeated my complains neither company nor service station reply me properly since long.
