My Complaint Description:
I bought a panasonic refrigerator form pushpa agency on 12/7/2011. In june 2016 our refrigerator stop working, so we called pushpa agency. We called them almost every day. But they didn't even respond on our complaint. Then after 15-20 phone calls they send a technician on 4/7/16, who did some replacement and some fitting in our fridge, that time fridge starts working, but very second day again our fridge stop working. Then after another technician came on 6/7/2016, he came twice and change sensors and repair some parts, but after 2-3 days again it stop working. And then after a month on 13/8/16 we got the letter form panasonic that said "the product owned by you is no more manufactured by panasonic. As such, due to non availability of spare parts we are unable to repairthe said product". By this we just want to complaint against Pushpa agency that, their irresponsibility to their customers.
I've all proof and bills, and letter from panasonic.
