It is with great contempt I lodge a complaint against Mr.Rajendran.L, Service Manager ((8489917277) [email protected], who threw tantrums and shouted at me increasing my pressure levels and put me into high levels of mental trauma and stress. This isn't the first time I have experienced such poor quality of customer service from Vodafone, my patience levels has been especially high for the past one year. The actual issue was due to the increase in billing amount and additional charge even after the cancellation of CUG plans. Even after making a personal visit and surrendering the CUG connection altogether, there were instances of additional charges. When enquired, Mr.Rajendran.L claimed me of taking connections with people I've never heard of. He kept insisting that this amount was non-refundable and had to pay the charges. After continuous debate for more than half an hour, he arrogantly ended the conversation saying he was ready to face any complaints filed against him and has sent me his mail id and contact details which aggravated me further. This attitude of your employee is really disgusting where he did not even bother to apologize and only after I make sure there is stringent action taken against him, will I bother to make any negotiations with the company.
