To Whomsoever it may concern,
This is with regards to harassment faced by us in booking and delivery of gas cylinders on time. We got our connection on 12 May 2012; Customer no.153541 in the name of Kirat Subodh Patel. The gas agency was closed for some time in 2013 and we were transferred to Happy Gas Agency, Nizampura. The delivery of gas cylinder was very prompt within a week max. and we were told exact date of delivery. Then again Rathwa gas agency restarted and we have been facing delayed deliveries almost with a minimum waiting period of 2-3 weeks. Last time we waited for nearly a month before the cylinder arrived. I am a working person and we are nuclear family so only I have to take this responsibility. We have a 3 year old child and it becomes very difficult to follow up every 2 days for the cylinder. I have called second day after booking and waiting for 14 days. This is the case always. I have also provided hafty tips to the delivery boys and also tried to call them after booking. But non of it has worked. All the other gas agencies are delivering within a week max. This is a big harassment to us and we are really very unhappy to be with Rathwa. If I want to change my connection I have to pay nearly Rs. 8000 to Rs. 10000 for a new connection.
