My Complaint Description:
I bought 2 trouser fabrics from Raymond Shop, Labh Collection, Race Course Road, Rajkot – 360001, Gujarat, vide their Invoice No. A 14/3867 Dated 10.09.2014 and had the trousers stitched by their in house tailor, out of which one trouser fabric gave away on around the 10th of May 2015 while I was on a Business tour at Pune, subsequently after I got back from my tour, I vent to the Raymond Shop with the fabric complaint to have my trouser replaced, but they informed me that there is no guaranty or warranty on the fabric which is also mentioned in the Invoice and also tried to explain to me that the trouser has given away from the stitches and there is nothing wrong with the fabric, so if i wished they will have the opened portion of the trouser restitched for me. But I did not except their offer. Thereafter I wrote to the Raymond's Ltd., Grievance Cell vide their ticket ID. 21101 and this is what they replied as follows:

Dear Sir,

This has reference to the grievance registered by you.

Our exchange policy states that we can exchange garments with genuine manufacturing defect within 3 months from the date of purchase along with the original invoice copy.

As your garment doesn’t fit into the criteria mentioned above, we will not be able to exchange the same for you.
