My Complaint Description:
We have an account with Agent ID : AG168603 on agent.rechargeepoint.com/arep/secure.jsp and i am paying to 'commsoft' having SBI account – commsoftinfotech.net/bank_details.html and they provide mass recharge service from different network providers.
I am using this service from year ago but since last 2month they having some issues and i am not able to use my paid amount 2932.28 INR which is in my current account as recharge service.
I have tried to communicate with them by call and email but they are not responding either way so, finally i need help from you.
I need my money back either way or let them force to resolve the issue if they are unable to resolve it.
