My Complaint Description:
A VAS pack (ADPAYStrmgMLySybuscription Rs. 90) was wrongly activated on my postpaid no. 9509709690 on dated 12-07-2016 and I complained about it at reliance customer care when it got in my knowledge but customer care executive deactivated my 2g net plan instead of wrongly activated VAS pack on dated 13-08-2016 and cause of this now I charged Rs. 446.78 for data usage which I used that time as I don’t aware about the deactivation of my net pack is done instead of deactivation of wrongly activated VAS pack The VAS pack is still activated on my no. and reflecting Rs. 90 in my current bill (service tax extra). I think Reliance has most illiterate customer care executive after facing this kind of situation and inconvenience. So please look into this matter and do the needful asap.
