My Complaint Description:
I am using Reliance Broadband connection from December 2015. My ID is 378757344855, Register on my name (Nirav Shah). I had very bad experience in last Feb 2016 also at that time my connection was dead for 14 days but this time my connection is dead from 17th August 2016, till today(12th Sep. 2016). I have already lonched 9(Nine) complains back to back (Attached details below). But every time they closed my complain without knowing that my connection is working or not? On 31st August 2016 I wrote email to [email protected] as par customer care suggest me but after 2 day get same replay what I get from customer care. Steel my connection is dead.

You know very well that in this days how frequently we used internet in our routine life in that case your connection was dead from 27 days and god knows more how many days . Can you help me in this case?
