Respected sir
I am customer of Reliance broadband. I was using prepaid broadband plan of quarterly payment. I paid bill on 13 June, for month of June, July, August. On 16 June my connection stopped working and regarding this I have complained till 15 July for same network issue. but thy couldn't provide service.in this I have filed request to terminate my connection 3 time.thy convince me to continue service for 2 time..but on 15 July I filed request to terminate service but thy didn't do any process regarding it.and now on November thy send me bill of rs.3350.and harrasing me by calling about payment. And even I got calls from lawyer for this.
