I am using Reliance Broadband from past 3 years , the speed is good , i have no complain regarding that. Recently on 5 Jan 2016 my internet stopped working and i called customer care and filed complained, they said technician will come and sort out the problem in 24 hr. Next day no one came, and they closed my complain without my confirmation whether the internet is working or not. My internet started working on the morning of 12 Jan 2016, in between i complain 3 times , and results were same, when i asked for fee waiver they said they have 72 hour policy , if the problem is not solved within 72 hour, then only they will provide fee waiver. After internet started working i mailed reliance regarding this, i received no reply and the bill of January was as usual. When i called customer care again he said he cannot give fee waiver because all of my complains were closed before 72 hour. So this is how reliance is fooling, and if i became late for the payment then they charge Rs 100 extra in next bill, but never take responsibility for their own faults. When i took connection , the bill was amounted to Rs 786 monthly and last year it increased to Rs 800, i didn't question that, once the internet was down for 15 days, they didn't gave fee waiver and when we payed less, they stopped our internet until we payed the full bill. Customer care never help.
