My Complaint Description:
I am having trouble in my connection since 13.4.2015 for my Subscriber ID 321876833043 and even after numerous followup on phone with customer care my problem is not solved, i have received repeated calls for reminder for payment of my broadband bill which actually i am not being able to use for over a month and half now and on informing the telecaller they always assure me that it will take a note of complain and service will be activated in 2 days however post 2 days again i get a call to pay the bill without starting the service.

After numerous followup finally i got mail confirming that they have waived Rs. 890 from 12.4.2015 till 15.5.2015 post that the period they are not willing to waive. I have specifically mentioned them to close the service and confirm that no charges to be levied however still the company is billing me and asking for payment without starting the service.

So my the issue is COMPANY IS NOT CLOSING THE SERVICE AND BILLING ME FOR SERVICES WHICH THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING. my connection is not working since 12.4.2015 however every month i get bill and calls for payment of services which i cant use due to there fault.
