My Complaint Description:
I am a prepared customer of reluance broadband and have its broadvand service at my home. Since last one week I'm not able to access the internet. I have registered 4 complaints until now in their costumer service department and have visited their head office manually as well. They change the status of my complaint even without knowing whether the complaint has been solved or not. We have to wait for like almost half an hour to get to the person for registering the complaints. And in one case the person who registered my complaint even had not noted down what I said they just generalise as net is not working whereas i had clearly told them that i will cancel the connection if the issue is not solved. Also to refund the money for the days my net was closed we again need to call them and wait for hour or two. So, to sum up i have to call them everyday after waking up and make them remember my net is not working. I have already paid them for one complete year in advance still they are providing this service. I feel cheated bcoz now no one is even picking up the phone. And for going to their head office i have to travel a very large distance.
