I have a plan of 2MBPS Thunder 699 Broadband Connection, living in a fine area of Ahmedabad, Naranpura. Since 31st August 2016, the connection is not working. I have been mailing the team each day since then. They keep saying it will be resolved on priority. I got the contact no of City Sales Manager of Ahmedabad Reliance, but he never receives my calls. Neither the technical team is taking care of the issue. They neither solve the issue soon nor they provide any compensation for 6-7 days loss. The day it stopped working, i paid the bill for post 3 months usage, a big amount of Rs. 2132.
