My Complaint Description:
I bought a device WiPod from reliance Communications and its Number alloted is 9324972858. As they told earlier they charged me for the device and the offer for 3 months free internet at 14 MBPS speed. So the device didnt met the speed as discussed and i went to deactivate the connection. So at that time they asked for the cancellation charge of Rs. 400 and a bill payment of Rs. 700. All this happened within the period of 3 months, for which I already paid to them. I also dropped several emails to customer care but no reply, instead they keep sending me bills of that device. On the same day when i went to deactivate the device when they denied I kept the device at the table of that Reliance Communication Store and left. So now what I want is that they should stop sending me bills and waive all the fake bill charges. I have the bill and device ID and other proof required, with me.
The Reliance Store from where I bought the device is as follows.
