My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
I am writing today to complain of the worst service from your company. My self Ajaykumar Rami and I am using Reliance Broadband Since 2012 and my user Id is 359117601764, CAN No is 100118990264, Billing Account No is 100000120072102. I lodge complain that my broadband is now working on 28-May-2016 due to cable cut in my area then the Customer Service Officer assure me that your complain will be resolve in 24 hours, after 2 days I got massage from the customer care that your complain is resolved at the time I called customer care that none of your field staff had visited to my place and how can they resolve the complaint.

When I called the local field staff Mr. Shilpesh to ask when they are installing the cable, he replied, “We will not install the cable do whatever you want to do” in rudely manner I have the proof and produce it whenever you want. When I call in customer care and ask for Senior Supervisor, they put on hold for approximate 42 minutes and cut the call. If you are giving such a third class services then I am sorry I do not want this services. If you want to give me resolution then give it and take strict action against local customer care and field staff.

This is not the first time before also there is issue of cable cut so me and my friend who ha Reliance Broadband went to the local customer care office to ask when it will get repaired so at that time Mr. Amir Ehsan he said that “Contact to Customer care we are not here for you, we have lots of work get out from here”. Is this the way that your customer care officer talks with customers?

Before one week there are pieces of cable but before 2 days I did not find any pieces of cable there it means that your local engineer visit that place and remove the pieces of cable.
Even every time when I lodge complain in customer care none of your technician visit that place in time manner provided by you.
I am requesting you to please look in to this matter and resolve it and take appropriate actions against the concern person.

Today i got Call from 022-30326300 I asked for help so he replied rudely that " Apko Jisko Bolna ho Aap Bol Sakte Ho". This behaviour can not be tolerate please take strict actions against concern person otherwise i will do case in Consumer Forum and send legal notice to the Reliance Communications.
