We purchased 3 months broad band internet plan from reliance and made advance payment of 3799 on 1st June 2015. It work well for around 1.5 months and then stop working. We complaint relience officers almost 50 times for 1 week but they never arrived. Then we cancel plan before three months 24th Aug 2015 (below is their acknowledge mail copy) and opt for other service provider. Now they are continuously calling us to pay Rs 500 bill which they are saying their system has generated. Also harassing to file case and be present at Delhi court and all.

We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service. We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us.
As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID 346625553366. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 2015-08-25. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him.
Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1500 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement.
The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability.

Reliance Customer Care
As I cancel usage/service before three months and even they have acknoledged it, how come they ask me to pay bill and why should I pay bill?
Its not big amount for me to pay and settle but its totally loot and its happening with lots of customers. I hope grahak surakshadhara can interven and help me with this matter. I am contacting grahak suraksha as I see lots of advertisement on television from you guys so I am hoping you will do something for us.
