My Complaint Description:
I had bought CDMA reliance unlimited card from reliance and had to buy a new phone worth 20,000. After only 5 months they stopped the service and converted to 4G, then again i had to buy a new phone for the 4G SIM, and after 1 month usage in unlimited plan, they had given a msg on 6th of August 5 times saying that my plan has been changed with effect from 3rd august and now i have to pay them over usage charges.I have called to the customer care and asked them to reduce the extra charges and close my account, yet they have not done anything and changed another month rental and no my bill is Rs. 2000, they have blocked the services and yet they are charging me the bill, i have againt today 22nd September talk to the customer care and she said i must pay all the bill and 15 days extra usage bill then only my number will be canceled. Please take action against Relinace communication as they are cheating customers with false advertisement and changing the plans without prior notification.
