My Complaint Description:
I am using Datacard number : 9374594810 from Reliance Communication
As Reliance were shutting down CDMA network I called them for Up gradation and LTE query
When I was I asked to Customer care before migrating to 4G/LTE, they said Data and Plan will be same as before(CDMA Plan) you just buy Wi-pod for LTE.
So I bought a LTE Wi-pod, But when LTE started now my plan changed from 5GB to 3GB. They changed my plan from 300 (5GB) to 1100(5 GB) without information or intimation.
This is very wrong approach from Reliance communication , They lie initially and convince me to buy LTE Wi-POD and once I bought it you changed plan.
Please look into my case and provide solution.

    As Reliance shutting down CDMA network I upgraded my connection into 4G LTE, but before that for one month there was no network so I migrated my CDMA into 4G LTE, so I bought a LTE wi-pod, but plan started since 17 July and it was said that there would be 10 GB free for one month my billing cycle is from 9 to 8 but I could not get free 10 GB data for a month, also it was said that the 4 GB plans would be as per old plans and you would get call or email to change the plan according to require ment but without taken permission they charged monthly rental plan of RS 1100 . In the bill of August bill Reliance charge extra money RS 350. I have given a request to change my on billing cycle date 9/08/2016 but they hv not till change the plan. I am totally harassed. Pls solve my problem
