My Complaint Description:
Sir, i have made a complaint of OverBilling for my Landline no:079-30007640 twice at Customer Care Centre of Reliance Communications, but instead of making solution of my complaint company has raise bills for every month with delay payment charges.
Sir, my phone is out of order for 25days for which company have bill me full month amount for the month of November-2015. . For overbilling of that amount i have made a complaint to customer care centre, but they have not solve my problem and send bills for all the months with delay payment charges.
Sir, i have given request for send me revise bill for November-2015 and then discontinue service of my Landline. instead of sending revise bill company has discontinue out going calls, so now i cant make further complaint through my landline.
