Your reliance store at Nallasopara-West not attending complains after several calls. And even not picking up his mobile no which he gave us for future reference 9320013939 (Mr.Rohan Patil) Swami Communication, Nallasopara-West, Pin-401209. NOT WORKING LANDLINE SINCE LAST 4-5 DAYS. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM THAT IS TRULY UNKNOWN TO US?
If this is the condition what is the use of to pay EXTRA OF RS.500 FOR NEW GSM LANDLINE INTRODUCED BY RELIANCE INSTEAD OF CDMA and RETURN OUR EXTRA RS.500/- YOU CHARGE AS NO RELIANCE COMPANY HAS INFORMED THEM TO CHARGE US?
We are totally hectic of this service. If we paid them for just new landline service is system and introduction is of RELIANCE and not for our requirement. If reliance introduce new way of landline system, why customer has to suffer, and reliance mobile store has to suffer. IF NETWORK TOWER IS THE MAIN REASON WHY THEY INTRODUCED NEW SYSTEM OF LANDLINE AND COLLECTED MONEY FROM EXISTING CUSTOMER @ 2500 FOR NEW INSTRUMENT FROM THIS RS.2000 WILL BE WAIVE OFF FROM FUTURE BILL. WHY CUSTOMER HAS TO SUFFER??
REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE WITH TOWER AND WITHOUT WORKING OF YOUR SERVICE WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY MONTHLY BILL.
I am requesting you to immediately solve the problem.
Also keep watch why your reliance store is not attending customer complain. WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS?
