My Complaint Description:

I am using Datacard number : 9328245283 from Reliance Communication
As Reliance were shutting down CDMA network I called them for Up gradation and LTE query
When I was I asked to Customer care before migrating to 4G/LTE, they said Data and Plan will be same as before(CDMA Plan) you just buy Wi-pod for LTE.
So I bought a LTE Wi-pod, But when LTE started now my plan changed from 10GB to 3GB. They changed my plan from 799 (10GB) to 700(3GB) without information or intimation.
This is very wrong approach from Reliance communication , They lie initially and convince me to buy LTE Wi-POD and once I bought it you changed plan.

Please look into my case and provide solution.

    • Hi RCOM Team,

      You took feedback two times but still there is no resolution and I am paying very high charges for even less data usage due to 4G Up gradation.
      Required Solution ASAP for this issue.
