My Complaint Description:
I'm having 2 Reliance connections in my name namely 9381965225 and 9382571237. There is network and coverage issue since January 19, 2016, and several complaints have been failed everything with no response. From March 11, 2016, Appellate Authority has been also informed via voice as well as via mail, there has been no reply and response. If called to enquire, the Appellate Authority states we will get back to you in 24 hours, but nothing has happened more than 8 mails have been sent and more than 10 calls have been placed, everything without any result. Adequate Waiver is also not provided. Instead asking to take the device to outlets and check, which I've done several times, where the device has been found to be working. Three billing cycles are completed after which no waiver will be provided is the reply. Whether the Reliance Communications has any credibility on their part to rectify the issue? Are they committed to provide service or not? If they are not ready the problem could not be rectified, why are they not stating that. Is Reliance Communication only involved in extracting money from customer by unfair means, almost equal to dacoity? Provide solution. Don't reply with the same phrase we will call you "soon or earliest", Since January 19, 2016, only these 2 words are repeated, refer to the dictionary for the meaning and then use these words, the next time.
