Dear Sir,
I have purchased reliance GSM post paid connection in somewhere May 2016. since then I am facing network issues and after complaining to mr.Pradeep Haribabu (pradeep.haribabu@relianceada.com) he has sent field person for testing the signal. and filed engineer also told that there's a problem in particular place and ask us to wait for some days and problem will be solved. since then our problem is not solved and still I am facing network connectivity issues. we have mail reference of complaints and follow up with Mr. Raajaraman (Raajaraman.Kalyanaraman@relianceada.com), AGM – Corporate Sales , CWG, Reliance Group.
I am not the only person who is facing this type of issues. we have also paid bills regularly.

looking forward for solution of this matter.

  1. I bought a LYF Wind in last week of June 2016 with unlimited Data Usage & calling to any network.But when calling to BSNL or any Network other than Reliance it speaks always “ALL LINES TO THIS ROUTE ARE BUSY TRY AFTER SOME TIME”. It is a case of cheating subscribers, TRAI should take action.
