My Complaint Description:
Respected sir/madam,
I am a premium customer of reliance communication and using wipod of reliance communication and my wipod no is 9376063390.Earlier I was using reliance dongle at that time my plan was 300rs per month or 1000 per 3 months. I was paying postpaid bill of three month advance rental.suddenly company has decided to stop dongle and give new Wipod. But for wipod I have to wait 2 months and for that period I was not able to use my dongle and as per company advise I had to purchase wipod and the amount I had to pay 2699 rs. I Purchased new wipod of 2699rs and continue using net but after 1 month I came to know that my plan has been changed from 300 rs to 1100 rs per month without any intimation or discussion and at that time I could not stop connection bcz I just purchased new wipod and after that I told them regarding change in plan but they did not give satisfactory answers to me..
