My Complaint Description:
I have recharge my no 9376609511 amount of 197 on dated 15 Feb (see attachment) where I got free internet for 28 days and 300 min free. At that time my account balance was 84 rs after 7 days I got msg that your account balance reached 13 rs and then 5rs and then 0 rs. How???? I did not make a call more than 15 min in last 7 days.And also one msg I got that your data balance is low where my internet was already free.
So kindly send the deducted balance details or if u not able to do please refund.
