My Complaint Description:
I Nehal Bhavsar has Purchased Home Theater System of Samsung Electronics with Model No.(HTS) J5500K with 5.1 CH. on 28th September,2016 and they have Promised Me that You Will Receive the Product by Tomorrow (i.e. 29th Sep,2016) and Installation will be Done on 30th September,2016. if we are Unable to Do so You will Receive 5,000 Rs. Refund even if we Delay the same by 24 Hours.
and I have Received the Home Theater System as Promised on 29th September and also Reliance Engineer Came to Install the System on 30th September but he was not Equipped with Proper Equipment Required for Installation so he Promised me to Install the Same on Next Day but Unfortunately Nobody Arrived for the Installation as of Today I.e. 6th October,2016.
Kindly Requesting You to Take Strong Action for making this Kind of Fraudulent Promises and shall be Punished.
Moreover the Engineer who arrived on the 30th September has Opend the Entire System and Put it in the Middle of the House and it is creating more Problem to us because we have a kid at home and there is always a fear that it may get Damaged.
I would Like to request You to please help me to Return this Product or Compensate the Service Commitment Provided at the Time of sales.
This is not the things but the Service Engineers who has been talking to me Every time and the Store People Specially CRMs who are working at Alpha One Mall and their Naranpura Service Center has no Sense of talking to Customers and they are Arrogant in Replying and instead of Providing the Services which may actually Creates more embarrassment that why I have Chosen Reliance Digital when So many Options are Available Like Chroma, Vijay Sales Care and many More Locals.
Once Again I would Like to Request You to take Necessary Action as it is a biggest Company Of India and must be Cheating in this Way to Many of its Customers and that would be in Many Big Numbers.
