My Complaint Description:
Dear sir ,
i complain from last 3 days of my account deduct wrongly in my prepaid mobile they asking any time their system is down when i asking for refund and then after they are waiting for unlimited time and then after disconnected phone. I also complain online on [email protected],

i talk with your costumer care person mr. pankaj, miss shraddha, mayuri mistryand for 9016069774, complain of wrongly reduce my prepaid a/c. i conform that your system is working properly , he said yes then after i tell my problem than after he tell me his system down, i call at 1.25 pm, 2.12 pm, 2.31 still its on 25/2/2014, if u don’t able to reply me tell me as early as possible because irresponsible service i can’t bearable.
