I am using reliance broadband since last 10 months.There is not a single month which I haven't suffered from their pathetic service.They keep asking for payment even if I have done it.Then they disconnect my connection.When I ask for refund and terminate my connection they say first pay the full amount of three months then we will be able to terminate your connection and they will give refund after 60 days.Nobody sounds trustworthy on customer care they keep saying sorry.The local official doesn't respond properly saying to contact on customer care only.

  1. I am Hitesh patel from Gujarat. I ,am using vodafone 3g internet connection on my mobile so i have recharge 3g internet plan of 1225 MB for 28 days & 28 days completed on 6 september 2016, but due to more use my 1280mb cosumed before 28 days. So i have recharge special night plan of 1GB 3G of 128Rs. on 3rd sep 2016 and this will be expired on 1 oct 2016.but my this night plan overwritten due to recharge of 19Rs for 100 mb 2G on 5th Sep 2016. Why my plan which will complete on 6th sep is not overwritten?this is realy cheating with coustomers, please help me.
