I had availed a Simcard of Reliance Jio from Reliance Digital express store in my city.

According to reliance, the offer was unlimited usage of Internet data (4G), national and local calls and sms. Roaming also was offered free. This offer is for specially Samsung mobile users. I use Samsung Galaxy S6. My Handset is valid for the offer.
I availed the offer as guided by the reliance digital express store. And got the Simcard.
Initially when I checked in My Jio Application, i had only 2 gb data, 100 minutes call and 100 sms availed to me.
When asked, the store keeper told me that it will get updated as you use.
I was like it's okay..
After I used 2 gb data, which I was availed initially, there was a message on the screen saying, "you have exhausted of the data pack, recharge. "

I cout acted the customer care. I was told that we will lodge the complaint regarding it, which they did. Complaint no.: SR000000A7L5

I was assured, complaint will be resolved within 48 hours..

Now it's over 48 hours.. and on contacting customer care, they are not giving proper reply at all.

    sir mera paas s7 edge hai jisme jio offer genrate hua hai. mera wo code redeemed bta reha hai jabki mein ne abi koi document submit nehi kiya hai to phir wo kisi aur ko kyu genrate ho rehai hai. to please sir my problem solved.7290915828

    • Sir mera pass Samsung S2 Hai. Mane jio net keep sim 24 August ko le this Laken mare sim ab tak chalu nahi Hui hai.please start your my sim.

I also got notification about samsung offer and i have note 5 so i also eligible for that offer and done every formalities which necessary but got only 2gb data pack and other trial benefit and when someone says you also got unlimited after ending of 2gb data but its over 5 days to activate sim and customer executive claim to provide backup team solution within 48 hours but no fair response from them and also they also dont how to talk with customer and answer to their problem and every time asking for more time (48 hours) WTF these guys understand to customer.

  3. Sir I took a free JIO SIM on 23 Aug but till now my SIM is not working. My phone Samsung j 7s and my bar code is expire on 4 Sep.
    My Reliance JIO number is 7017298192.
    Please activate the SIM as soon as possible..
