Hello Grahakraksha team,
On May 17th 2015, I had ordered a mobile (Moto G2) from Flipkart (order # OOD102873819477626300). After a week, the flipkart's order status says it was "delivered" on 22nd May. However, we never received the product. Neither did we get any call from the courier service during this time. We registered a complaint with Flipkart about the non-delivery of the product. On May-27th we got a call from courier Blue Dart, claiming they delivered the product to the security of the apartment building. However, the apartment DO NOT have any office of any sort where the courier can deliver the product, only option is to deliver the product to the very particular flat. Here it seems, they delivered the product to some unauthorized person loitering around the apartment complex claiming to be the security of the apartment. The courier never even contacted the actual recipient to inform about the delivery before or after they misplaced this item.
Since this was a service from Flipkart, we continued to keep the complaints up at their end and asked for a resolution. Complaint number 150604009639 was registered. However, after that we got 3 calls (on May 27th, June 4th and June 12th) from Flipkart, where they denied all responsibility of wrong delivery of the courier and informed us that there will be no further settlement. I have complainted about this issue multiple time on their facebook page. But there was no solution. Now I as a customer who has paid the money in full to flipkart and never received the product due to the problem of their courier service, demand a full refund of the product price (Rs. 10,999) as a compensation.
