I had ordered a sound card of ALESIS COMPANY from snapdeal online,worth Rs.8000..

I received a faulty product which is not working…

I called customer service, they are refusing to refund..and all the technical assistance numbers provided by them is faulty or fake…

Is this the way to treat the trust of a valued customer???
