My Complaint Description:
My Name is Amit Nainani and I have a post paid plan of Rs 299 in Tata DoCoMo. My Postpaid Mobile No is 8866781516 and My Account No is 921249877.

The reason for the same is regarding of Rs 200 discount in next 3 bills (i.e from December to February). I am going to inform you all the things which happen to me in details as follows:

On the month of November, I decided to port my number from tata DoCoMo to other service provider, so I sent the message of Port to tata DoCoMo. After two or three days, I got a call from Tata DoCoMo and they retain me as a customer of tata DoCoMo by providing discount of Rs 200 in my next 3 bills.(Reference Id for the same is 512359809)

When I got the bill of December Month, I was surprised to see that there was no discount of Rs 200 in my bill. So I visited the tata DoCoMo store (i.e. in Income Tax, Ahmedabad) and I also written one application related to Rs 200 discount in my next 3 bill and handed over to tata DoCoMo store. But still no adjustment had been made from tata docomo side.

I have done a lot of follow ups related to this matter but every time they are fail to resolve my matter. Even a lot of times they disconnected my call.

Rs 600 is nothing for me but if anyone try to fool me by giving wrong commitment, then it really hurts me and I will not leave them until my query will not be resolved from their side.
