My Complaint Description:
I Aumkargiri would like to inform you the incident happened with me and because of which, I am suffering very badly. I have Maruti Swift LDI of Registration number: GJ11AS0605 & your company (Royal Sundaram) insurance policy (MOP3136638000100),
I met with an accident on 16 March 2016 while going home from office in the evening, the incident took place at golden Chokadi, Vadodara around 08:00 PM (approx.)
when a lorry/Truck driver suddenly and unexpectedly came from wrong side, I tried to stop my car by applying break, but unfortunately, the car got hit with truck however truck was also in average speed. when my car got hit with truck the vehicle which were coming from back side was also unable to stop their vehicle and got hit with my car from back side. left side got hit by Mahindra Bolero & right side got hit by a two wheeler, when my car got hit with truck the two wheeler person lost his balance and tried to protect himself by keeping his hand on my car , but unfortunately he was unable to do so by resulting into damaging my right back side of car.
CAR IN A GARAGE
I went and kept my car to Kiran Motors Garage (Maruti authorised service centre & Repairing centre). Before keeping car in a garage, I called Mr. Viral Patel on 16 March 2016 (Maruti insurance person) who is looking after new maruti car insurance & explained him the whole incident, he asked me to send photographs of accidental car, i did the same what he asked me to do.
CLAIM PASSED/ NOT PASSED
After two days, i received call from Mr. Bhavesh (Surveyor royal Sundaram), he explained me about the claim settlement and informed me, that he is clearing the front part accidental issue, but for the rear part he has to take approval from his senior person. I said fine. again after two days, i received call from Mr. Bhavesh , he informed me that he can not clear my car rear part accidental issue, he told me that either , he will clear dickey issue or car rear bumper. he can not clear the whole accidental damages & reason behind this is, my narrated story is not matching with the incident nature.
Please let me know why car rear part damage can not be cleared? is there any clause in my insurance policy ?
Please also let me know of judging the nature of accident as you have mentioned that my car rear damaged part is not matching with the cause and nature of accident narrated in the claim form.
How can i explain you my accident so that you can believe that , I am really a struggler or a liar?.
If my narrated situation is not matching with the incident happened, then please let me know your judgmental policy also, and the person explanation who himself understood & predicted his own's story.
Your surveyor told me that , i have claimed for two type of accidents , one is old one and another is fresh, please let me know or justify how your surveyor gave his conclusion that the incident is old one, however the damage is of the same day on which accident took place.
I took policy on the assurance given from kiran motors insurance department (Maruti side). Now as a common man i am struggling to get my 100 % assured claim. Your person is asking me that i am claiming some old accidental issues also, how can you blame me like this ? who gave you authority to criticise me in this manner ? If i can buy a car of 7 lakh then do you really think, I will cry for only for few bugs? as per my understanding if i would have given few money to your surveyor i could have got my full claimed amount. but i followed my principle and explained you the real incident happened with me.but you people are more sincere for your company and for that you people can blame any one for anything. now the issue is not of money now issue is of my honesty. Self respect and with our future relationship. You people are not understanding or you can say you guys are not at all ready to accept the situation of a common struggling person. As per your surveyor i am liar , who is trying to repair his damaged vehicle within claimed insurance amount. i would like to inform you i am a well educated person from well educated college belongs to a well educated family working with a multi national company in vadodara drawing handsome amount monthly.
Now, please justify me or clear the above mentioned query as , I would really like to know how you justified the nature of accident in my case? I know there are many fraud people who are trying to do this type of illegal things but here are few people also for whom you also have to take initiative from your side to check the track records of your customers.
I would also like to know from you only, that what type of precaution i have to take to narrate the incident so that you can clear the 100% claimed amount.
I am deciding to go for government complaint but trying to contact you before approaching there so that you will also be aware of the situation what exactly is going on at ground level. Request you to look in to this matter on priority basis as my car is in garage from last 13 days or else i will be taking this matter to some other level (Consumer Forum). if i am right then i am ready to take this matter up to any level & ready to face any worst future situation as i told you earlier also now it is the matter of my honesty, sincerity & self respect. I am writing you because i am helpless & have expectation from you to please go in detail so that matter can be resolved ASAP. If possible then kindly have few words with me so that i can explain you the whole situation in a much better way.
