Dear Sir / Madam,

Hello I am Monik Vora I have recently sifted from Rajkot to Ahmedabad, I was in need of new Gas ( Cylinder Domestic ) connection so I contacted one of the distributor of Indane Gas Services named Sahil Gas Agency located at Shyamal Buglows near Shivranjni Char Rasta – Ahmedabad Ph No. 26746487

I have mainly 2 complaints against Sahil Gas Agency

1) This gas agencies are forcing new consumers to forcefully buy the Stove ( Burner ) with new gas connection which cost almost 2,000 Rs extra even if consumer has stove at there home they insists to buy another one by saying that the old one might not be with ISI mark or we need to carry inspection for the old stove and then only we can give you new connection, And if you agree for inspection then some times no one comes for inspection for several days, and if somebody comes then they will say this stove is quite old and you need to provide the bill for the same for our office purpose.

Now in my case I agreed for the inspection guy from the company came and within one minute he left the home and asked me to furnish bill of the stove as it seems it is quite old, I asked him sir you do the inspection my stove is with ISI mark it is branded and better brand ( Prestige Stove ) then what you provide us ( Surya Stove ) But he said no you provide me bill then only we can give you new connection. So after 3 days I went to there office and submitted the bill, At that time they told me now again guy from the company will come for inspection then I asked now what kind of inspection. They did not reply. And since then its almost 10 days no body has turned up for inspection and when I call there office they say guy will come. So it clearly shows that they want me to forcefully buy the stove from there company and then only they will give new gas connection.

2) When all the above things where happening the owner of the Sahil Gas Agency rudely told me that this the way we work and if you have any complain contact our head office we are least bothered if you dont get connection, We will work only as we like and he is intentionally not sending any body for inspection. I have already submitted the form on 2nd May 2016 and since then they are harassing me. They are the service providers and they are not concerned about the consumers problem and just giving blunt answers without any responsibility and harassing consumers in the name of company.
