My Complaint Description:
As i say before, I have bought Samsung UHD 4K model code (UA40JU6470ULXL) and serial number (0A453PBH100378L). I have complaint many times than after passing 2 months samsung replaced UHD. But from the same day same problems are there. I have again complaint their senior Somnath Sharma 9926811877 and informed all the things. he sent some people of airtel to check problem. even airtel also emailed and informed to somnath sharma that this is the problem of UHD. So they requested to check UHD. but he didnt anything that is why i complaint to samsung customer care. They also passed 1.5 months and answered me that they will repair but will not give refund. So i want to inform u that if samsung replance 100 times even though problem is there than they to solve this and refund to customer. but in this case samsung has no time. SO plz strict action should be taken on Samsung bcz they r not taking any interest to solve customer's problems.

Plz share message to all so other customers also will aware and will never buy any samsung product so samsung will know the value of customer.
