My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir, This is to inform u that, My Name is Mohinder Parmar from Baroda, Gujarat. I have purchased UHD UA40JU6470U on 14/2/16. You (Samsung) delivered me it on 21/2/16. From the next day so many problems r there in UHD. I have done many complaints at customer care and dealer also. after 15-20 days once 1 engineer came just reset UHD and told watch for 2 days report me i agreed with him. That problem was not solved than i called him than he said me that that is the problem of Airtel not samsung. just u imagine onle one Cam card is there in UHD. So can it create problem? My Problem is that from the 1st day, Some channels are automatically deleted, Sound also OFF some times even UHD also switching OFF automatically. 1st Engineer''s Name was Vijay. He closed my complaint without solving it. I complaint again. After some days another engineer came his name is Bharat Prajapati. When these both came they told me that This UHD is new for them, They Dont know abt this. They called their sir from my home and asked him. So just u think is this the way of solving problems? r they really engineers? Vijay Prajapati gave me 2 days and inform me that his sir Hiren Patel( Franchisee owner of Baroda) sent email to samsung. wtaterver samsung says he wl inform me. I said K. after to day i called me and asked for the answer of Samsung than he told me that this problem is of Airtel. we will not solve this. After that i called Hiren Patel( Franchisee owner of Baroda) and told this problem and i strictly told him to solve this than he told me that this is Franchisee. You can go anywhere. dont call me. K so sir you tell me is this the way to talk to customer? After 37 days still My UHD is not replaced. I called Raman Thakore( Chief of Airtel) He came to my home and even 8-10 times they visited to my home and they clearly informed Hiren Patel that there is no Problem in CAM card. Problem is there in UHD. Even though they have not taken any decision. So i request u to do this or i have no option to take legal action against your company. I have already complaint to GRAHAK SURAKSHA. Withing few days u wl get that notice. I m trying to contact some TV channels and news Papers also so they wl inform to other customers for not buying any samsung Product. I really feel such worst experience from Samsung company. 46 Days are over but still my problem is not solved. So Plz Take strict action against such a companies which do not reply customers after selling their products.
