Dear Sir,

I am Mr Devang from Surat & i have a trading business of Home Appliances.My mobile no is 9825344247.I had purchased the Samsung Mobile model A7 2016 to give a gift to my wife on her birthday.

Regret to inform you Samsung smart phone bought with below mentioned detail on 15-3-2016 is consistently causing software as well as hard wear related issues . There is no wear and tear or any physical damage from our side.

Problem 1: complaint receiving any call it hung up/switch off and very difficult to start it again
Upon giving complain at service center there is another problem as mentioned next

Problem 2:Display of the phone has blown off, again gave complain at service station which cause third problem as mentioned in next para

Problem 3: only two touch buttons at bottom are visible (return & option), no display on other part of screen. On giving complain third time there is following problem

Problem 4: Again no display at all.

I have submitted the mobile as per instruction from service in charge of service center & told them not to repair the unit.
& also told me to talk to Customer Care center & i talked with them on 4th July 16 with reference no:-8440666064 & the person with whom i talked answered me that i send the notification to service center & they will take a decision;but till today i have not received any call from service center.

We have done mistake of buying a brand like Samsung by paying extra premium and received pathetic model and service.

I need full refund of the phone ASAP , have lodged complain 4 times and in your system it got registered for only twice.

If problem not resolved , have to resort to "GRAHAK SURAKSHA" for grievance redress all

Above complain letter was submitted to Samsung head office & they call me 4 to 5 times in a last 10 days but after 4 days before their authority Mr. Aditya said that we can not replace or refund the money.You have to take repaired piece from service center.Actually i had given the Samsung Mobile A7 to my wife as a birthday gift but from beginning it creates many problem & i also felt mental harassment. so please it is my request to refund my amount.
