My Complaint Description:
Dear sir/ma'am,

I have purchased samsung galaxy J7 (BATCH ID: 358158072276987, 358159072276985BOX PACK) on dated 30 april 2016 from Millenium computer & communications, bhuyang dev, ahmedabad: 380061 (contact no: 9824 118 118).

As I had purchased mobile on the next day i.e. 1st My 2016 whosoever called me on my mobile my mobile shows switched off. Dealer advised me to change sim card I had changed my both sim cards still mobile shows switched off.

I had asked to replace the model that denied my proposal.

I went to your customer care service center which is located on drive In road, Ahmedabad on dated 11 My 2016. They updated my mobile and advise me to use. But till time my mobile shows switched off.

Again I went to dealer for the same issue on dated 13 May 2016 , they changed the mother board of mobile on dated 16 May 20 (app) and advised me to use the same but the problem remain the same.

Again I went to Customer Care service center on dated 18 May 2016 for the same issue.

Again we went for replacement of damaged mobile they denied our proposal.

Kindly do needful on immediate basis.
