I, Chintan J. Shah, having purchased Samsung Galaxy A5 mobile in June 2015, had some display issue so i gave it to Samsung Service Centre at ahmedabad on 7th April 2016 (approx) for repair in warranty. on receipt of my mobile from service center i found that they have dented my mobile so gave it to them for repair as it was their fault. but rudely every time they gave me the mobile without repair, it continued for a 5 to 6 times. After that they told me that my mobile has dent and it can't be repaired in warranty. After that i lodge a complaint at their customer care no. 180030008282 on 15th April 2016 (approx) and explained them every thing which was happened during those days. After that they allot me a Reference no. wide 3704279000 and told me that my complaint will be resolved in week's time.but till today i.e. on 12th May 2016 the problem is not resolved and every time i call their customer care they gave me childish reply that my complaint will be resolved in one business day but it never happened.
