My Complaint Description:
We have purchased Sansui 32 Inch TV from Sanket India Nadiad sinc 2.5 Years, before 20 days there is a problem in TV display, the service center person ask money of 950 Rs as a service charged, we already paid him and also give him our TV, he is close the complaint without our permission, and tell the reason that not we say no to give him service charge amount money.
we have proof for it, when we called him, he is dispute with me and my family members, and not take proper follow up for it.
I already contact customer service center, they also not give me higher authority mobile numbers, and My complaint is still not resolved. I had sent a mail to customer care id also but still problem is ot resolved. They are not bothered to resolve customer complaint. If they are not able to peovide services after sale then why giving false commmitments at the time of sale. I am not receiving services from videocon company so i want my money back from videocon.
