My Complaint Description:
I am having SBI Credit card. I have called on their given no for inquiry. My waiting period of hold on period to talk with customer executive has prolonged for 1.30 hours. Which has afflicting, time consuming, my time wasting and I have paid 180/ for that call.
How long customer can wait? It should be within 5 to 6 minute.
I have mailed to concern SBI credit card officials. But they are saying just sorry. To say sorry or regretted for is enough to provide the customer service.
It is not for 180/- only. It is fight for right and fight for to improve the service for all the customers.
I have all the details what I have mailed and I have full recording of call which I have called and waited for 1.30 hours.
I will give all the required materials to fight for right. But any how/ way I want to give the direction for improvement of service which we deserving. Tyranny or highhandedness should be ended.
Please guide me how to proceed step by step to give the lesson to such a bad and harassing customer service.
