I would be very helpful to this forum for assistance.
14/6/2016- i applied for my first credit card.
27/6/2016- i git my card
4/7/2016- i generated password for my card at 10:20 am and on the say day a transaction of rs. 1999 made on my card for sbi cpp assistance at 5:06 pm without approval.

Story – i got a call from sbi cpp (pic attached) and they were telling me about this plan. one imp thing – the speed of conversation was double than the conversation speed used by any other customer care. later i came to know that this is done for confusing the customer for getting a yes for the policy. this thing happened to me. on the call i was not even told that it is not a compulsory plan.
Desirable resolution – i request you to please cancel this protection for current year and refund amount.
I have called all the customer care numbers, bank helpline and even the area sales manager. but all of them are just saying the same thing – they can cancel this plan for next year but i have to pay rs 1999 for this year. they say the have detected this amount for my own benefit.
I case if it is not possible, please tell me the procedure of surrender credit card. i will not keep such services or cards with me.
