My Complaint Description:
I have an SBI savings account number 20211166559
In SBI branch of Vijaynagar-Ahmedabad and branch code 7475
I had done an ATM transaction dated on 10/11/2015 worth Rs 25000 from Pavapuri (Ahmedabad) ATM.. where in I received 24500 Rs only. …. (this can be seen in ATM CCTV footage too)
ATM branch, not home branch.
I filed a complaint via SBI toll free number dated on 14/11/2015, which was closed by service team & I received SMS on dated 23/11/2015 and saying "THIS TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL. RELEVANT DOCUMENTS SENT TO YOUR BRANCH ".
As per this SMS We visited my home branch on 05/12/2015 branch manager said that we are not responsible and no documents for your complaint are here. we again complaint on Toll free number on 5/12/2015 and same SMS received again we go to home branch and again same answer from branch manager. we have not received RS. 500 till today… I am filing compliant in GRAHAK SURAKHSHA because we have not received any response from SBI till date.
