in dec 2016 i purchase one mobile from amazon merchant with EMI option. in january 2017 i got twice EMI with same amount 11999 rs/-. in feb 2017 i send mail for cancel one EMI becasue you gave me 02 times in jan 2017. but from your side you people cancel my whole EMi service of 11999 rs/- and charged me whole amount. in march 2017 i talked with one supervisor i think on 14 march and he told me that in march 2017 statement EMI option re generate. but at the time of march 2017 statement i saw EMI still not converted. today i talk with Mr. Roshan he totally misbehave with me and said that convert in EMI not possible. and he also told me you can go consumer court. listed one think sir/madam i have all the proof and voice recording of your all supervisors and executives that they agreed mistake from SBI card service. and they convince me that on next month , on next month 11999 rs/- will be convert in EMI.
so now you please check my all 04 month statement i.e dec-2016 to mar 2017. read carefully and tell me how much amt i have to pay.
